Within the Belgrade Wholesale Market operates the Belgrade Customs Office, which has been located at this site since July 2015. The customs terminal is situated in the administrative building of the Belgrade Wholesale Market, on the first floor, in a highly functional space equipped in accordance with modern customs operations. It is responsible for the customs clearance of used motor vehicles and goods imported by individuals.

A truck parking terminal has also been opened at the Belgrade Wholesale Market. It covers an area of 1.5 hectares and currently has the capacity to accommodate 75 trucks. The working hours of the parking terminal are every working day from 07:00 to 16:30.
By opening the parking terminal, the Belgrade Wholesale Market has contributed to reducing traffic congestion that forms on the road coming from the directions of Novi Sad and Zagreb, near the access to the Wholesale Market.
